One Year Out!!

Well I am now one year out and am down 118 lbs from my surgery and 139 from my highest weight! I am starting to get into size 14; being short makes it hard to get into those 10/12's but I am working on it. I am very proud of myself and tell everyone I meet that I would do it all over again in a heart beat. The best thing that has happened to me is while at a workshop last Friday I sat by another teacher I have known for 13 years; talked to her for a while and when we broke up into groups I moved to another table. Later that day I won a door prize and after they called my name this teacher came up and said she had not recognized me at all earlier in the day. The last time I had seen her was last October!! It made me feel wonderful!! 313/292/174/155/135 HW/SW/CW/DR.GOAL/MY GOAL
