How do you change your pictures?????

How do you change the picture on the post???? I am having a blond moment LOL I am a blond (well by the bottle). I just can't seem to figure this out Please help me. Deloris

The easiest way I have found to do that is to go to the main message board and then on the left side under welcome there is the "user option", click there and then you can upload your newest picture. I know everyone would love to see what a transformation you have made. You look wonderful. Shelley
