HEY LUCY... yes i had all my blood work done for my year check up and im excelland in all areas. EVEN the B shows fine. MY doctors say that doesnt mean a thing that i can still be running deficient and it might take two years to know so they have been having me add b complex to my vitamins and takeing the b12 shots. We will see. I am here on the board replying just had nothing to create a thread for! GONNA get real busy now that school lets out here but ill try to check in. THANKS lisa
