Woooooo Hooooo! Things are good!

Thought I'd update, I am so happy! I weighed 146 lb. this morning, which is only 11 lb. to my goal and 4 lb. under Dr. Carey's goal for me. I bought a size 6 jeans today, it was size 8 just a little over a week ago. My many, many dates with Al this weekend were so wonderful!! We went to 2 movies, out to eat several times, a picnic on Sunday. Yummy weekend... The frosting on the cake is my new job. I fly out to San Francisco with Al on June 30th for a long romantic weekend through the 4th of July, and then start work July 5th. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I will be flying back and forth from MN to CA every week. They pay airfare, my apartment in CA, rental car and any related work expenses. Then after working a 4 day week, I am home here for 3 days to spend with Al and see my family. My paycheck will almost double. I can't even believe this is all real. I am ecstatically happy. This surgery has gotten me a whole new life. What a wonderful ride. Thanks my fellow June bugs for being there for me!! Jo

Please keep us updated on all the exciting CA life! us midwesterner's don't get much "hoohaa" here in the country!! LOL!! I am also so happy for you to have found a great guy like Al.
