What did we do for May?
I only lost 4 lbs. this month which is the least I ever lost. I am really trying hard since I have to weigh in with my doctor for my year visit in only three weeks. In order to meet my doctor's goal I need 27 lbs to go and 47 for my personal goal. I really wanted it by my first year out but I will hope for Christmas now. I will not give up!!
The last couple of months haven't been great in the weight loss dept. I go from the 23rd to 23rd, so we'll see. Month 11 had a 5 lb weight loss for me. I'm hoping for better this next month. But, I've put away the scales until my surgiversary, so we'll see what happens. Hope all is well for you Kelli Jo!

Well, I feel like I am at a standstill. I lost 7lbs at the beginning of the month when I did that plateau buster thing. But as soon as I added carbs back in 3lbs came back. It has been a really rough month with my brother-in-laws death so I feel like I have been stress eating. But I am not doing as bad as I used to and i am trying to stay on track. One good thing is that I have dramatically upped my walking from two miles a day in the morning. I have been trying to add another 3 miles in the evening. It has been helping me clear my head and deal with some of the stress. The walking in the heat of the afternoon also helps to deaden my appetite. I miss you guys. I havent had much time to come here with all that has been going on. But hopefully life is going to settle down.

Yeah only 1 lbs for me.... Well I have to get my mind back in the game and then it should be fine....working on that now but so much easier said then done.
