DOWN 260 LBS

HELLO ALL JUNERS' I Had my surgery JUne 29,2005 and I'm down 260 lbs , and starting to enjoy my new life , I have moved to new city have a new job and a new women in my life.... Hi Robert! Congrats on your new life. Sounds like a lot has changed for you. There are a couple of men on here. There is also a Men's board, but I'm not sure how many on there would be during thre same month as you. Hope things continue to move forward for you and you have many more happy beginnings and endings.

Hey Robert. Wow! That is a lot of weight gone. What is your goal? My anniversary is on the 8th. I've lost 205 lbs. I started at 465. My doctors goal is to get me under 250, but I would like to be under 230. My next step is to start doing some exercising. Happy Anniversary!

My dr wants me 185 lbs but I think 225/250 lbs
