Ok this is just a ***** about my life! I ordered a hot tub and gazebo last year when we were building our house. Paid 14000 for it and was told it was not problem for them to hold it. So in March they brought the tub, but told us the gazebo wasn't able to be delivered because it was too co old to put it together yet. So we waited. A few weeks later I called and was told it would take 5 weeks to get it from the factory. So we waited. I called again and was told they were waiting for the truck and it would be here any time. So we waited. I called yesterday and the phone was disconnected and I went over and the store is gone!!!! Signs all over saying "Clearance blowout everything must go!!" Ok 8000 dollars worth of gazebo sounds like a felony to me right? I should go to the police? I called the main factory and was told they were an independent dealer and they couldn't do anything about it!! I am pissed! Wendy

Wendy, OMG I would be freakin myself , I would stop into the police station and see what they say. You might need to get a lawyer to deal with this because that is much more then small claims plus if they went out of business I am not sure how you can get that back. There has to be something you can do! I wish you all the best hun and please keep us posted! ~hugs~ You are in my thoughts and prayers! Debra P

The lawyor might be able to find the owners names and find out if a cor*****t. If it a Sole Owner you might be able to get a judgement against his personal home or belongings. Also, maybe the owner did pay a part to the gazebo company and in which case, they could be partly liable. Or maybe if a corp the owners signed a personal guarantee. Worth checking into. Sara
