I'm sure this has posted before, but I'm going to ask again. Can you please tell me what you usually eat for breakfast. I used to eat a granola bar but would end up hungry within an hr. so now I eat peanut butter on toast w/a banana but I'm trying to cut the carbs somewhat. BTW I hate eggs. Thanks so much for your help.

I don't eat breakfast most days. I usually just have my protein coffee and water. If I do eat it is just some cereal, like raisin bran, or Total. You can make smoothies with yogurt fruit and protein. They are filling and tasty! Add a little splenda for sweetness. I suppose you could also eat other things beside breakfast food. My NUT says that if you are not a breakfast person, you can eat whatever you want for the morning meal! Have a cheese stick and some fruit. Or a wrap with a low carb tortilla. Wendy

Hi Jennifer~ I have about the same thing every morning since I have to eat on the run while commuting to school. I usually have 1-2 sticks of string chesse, or 1 stick plus a South Beach Diet meal replacement bar. My favorite is the Cinnamon creme. I also take a triple shot of protein made in a 20 oz. cup with me. After about an hour, I start drinking my protein drink. I try to fini**** before recess, adding in another 20 oz. bottle of water before lunch. The protein drink and cheese gives me anywhere between 80-90g of protein before lunch. Our surgeon wants us well over 100g per day if we are exercising, which I am. Good luck, Kerri

Three soft-scrambled eggs with a slice of cheese. Every day. Nicole

I either have a Lite Frappacinno or Iced SF Vanilla Latte from Starbucks, or I have yogurt. Sometimes I will eat 1/2 a bagel with cream cheese, or some peanut butter toast. But the thing that seems to fill me up the most and last the longest is the Starbuck's drink.
