Hi Wendy, Sorry I haven't written in a while, life has been hectic with coming back to work and the holiday weekend. Well so far so good. It seems that removing the adhesions pretty much did the trick. EXCEPT I am a fool! I am Queen Splenda and unfortunately if I consume a bit too much, drum roll please... we welcome home some of my old poopy problems. I have read that Splenda doesn't always agree with people and it seems I am one of them. Other than that though, knock on wood I am feeling good! Tired at the end of my day, which is to be expected I guess though! Oh and now that I am eating again I have gained back 2lbs. Boo Hoo (thank the lord for sarcasm) THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARING!!!!!!!
