Pam, Are you getting the coffee from Starbucks, or are you making it yourself? They are so good from Starbucks. I get the Sf Vanilla, skim, decaf (what is no foam) hot..but then I get a cup of ice, incase I want to cool it off. Usually I get mine at the club (serves Starbucks coffee)... it is hard to find someone to make it right when it is SF , and they make it good there!

Starbucks is the one and only!! We have several other coffee shops here, but their SF sryups give me cramps - Starbucks doesn't I also bought a bottle of the SF Syrup that Starbucks uses so I can make my own at home but I only do that once or twice a week. Starbucks rocks!

I am totally addicted to Starbucks too. I get the exact same drink as you everyday. I originally started drinking them because I was so cold all the time and always dehydrated - which is still somewhat of an issue for me even now. I feel guilty because of the cost but figure it keeps me away from Taco Bell/Burger King. How many calories are in one anyway??? I'm guessing 200??? Dawn

Dawn, I love Starbucks!! I hate the prices...but I love really really love Starbucks. The Venti SF Vanilla latte has 20g protien and last time I looked it up, I think it was roughly 280 calories. I just always say 300 or 330 calories to cover my a$$, since I get it with no foam - therefore, extra milk. All of the calories is in the milk. I have a bottle of the SF syrup they use and i can't remember if it was 0 calories or 5 calories.... either way.... not bad at all! If I ordered a case of AcheivOne, it would cost me almost the same thing (after shipping costs) to drink just one of those! Both have 20g protein.... but I get a bigger serving from Starbucks and let's face it.... some like it hot!

Colby Cheese Goat Cheese Rosemary Crackers Prosciutto Milk Green Beans Turkey Egg, Scrambled for Dinner That's what I ate for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, not exceeding 3 cupfulls the whole day. HOWEVER, As I am preparing and testing cakes for a recipe, I bet I ate what amounts to a whole slice... Not grazing for flavor, but taste... And I wonder why the scale inched up a 1.5 pounds! I made it with English Devon Creame... Jeepers!
