What I had yesterday:
B- Archive One Protein Drink, Atkins Protien Bar
1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate.
S- String cheese, 1 pk Smartfood Popcorn
2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate
L- 3 oz beef burger with cucs
S- 4 oz carb control yogurt, palm full of some fresh mix nuts with raisins
2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate
D- 8 steam clams with some butter, mixed greens with Ranch dressing
1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- 1 oz Pita chips... (not much carbs or fat)
*Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 50 oz water, 12 oz Diet Coke
*Excercise: 20 min walk

well thanks hun but it feels like i am STILL getting to many carbs! I just can not help myself.....to feel full I need them! I really am struggling there and posting it sure helps most of the time..
I guess i will just stick to posting it on the NY board because not many post back here.

Yeah i need to start that myself but wanted to wait until after the holiday weekend, who knows what we will be doing and where. I think I will need to be eating the protein all day long to get the 5 meals in.

Okay, yesterday:
Venti SF Decaf Vanilla latte, skim, no foam
Banana
1/2 tuna sandwich on wheat w/ lettuce, tomato, onion
4 Sugar free "sugar" wafers
2 Chicken tenders and Brocolli w/cheese
2 more sugar free "sugar" wafers
Lots of hot tea and crystal light, two multi-vitamins, B12, Calcium and 2 stool softeners
Today (baaaaaad girl)
Venti SF Decaf Vanilla Latte, skim, no foam
Banana
1/3 of a Taco Salad made with shredded chicken + chips + salsa
4 Sugar free "sugar" wafers
Venti SF Decaf Vanilla latte, sim, no foam (met a friend and talked for two hours)
3 bites of potato salad, 4 bites of tuna salad on wheat
ANOTHER fricken Venti SF Decaf Vanilla latte, skim, no foam!!! (can we say, "addiction"?)
plus, hot tea, crystal light, 2 multivitmains, B12, Calcium, 2 stool softeners
