follow up with surgeon...

DAWn i dont know the exact number on my Vit B...but the surgeon did mention it was within a normal range. THE thing with Vit B which my regular PCP said was i may be lo on it but will take 2 years to show in my blood work and then it will be difficult to bring up.....so its best i start the shots now. I will say i had the shot and now two nights i slept without wakeing with numb fingers. so i think this is my problem and bestg i go after it now then in 2 years when the blood work shows me deficient. I guess this was my early warning sign! I will add here for me the VITAMIN B complex for a month did nothing for the numbness and most probably is not being absorbed but the shot absorbs. lisa

Hey two nights in a row of numb free sounds like an improvement. That is the scary thing that it takes so long for it to show up negatively. I was just noticing that b 12 nose spray on this web site.. I am going to have to ask my doctor about that. I have been so very tired lately but i think it may just be laziness. HA HA
