My Goal

Hello Junners ~Hugs~ Well I got my surgeon goal, it is 150 lbs so I am only 15 lbs from his goal but 40 lbs from mine Getting closer but still a ways away from my goal.. Well just feeling like I will make it to his goal but mine is going to be a struggle.... Just trying to deal with the eating so I can get there and STAY! Well thanks for listening.... Debra P

Wendy, Yes it sure does.... It can get very frustrating but not one said this was going to be easy....well except for the ones that say "this was the easy way out".... Well take care and you are right, we WILL get there....slow and steady wins the race... Debra P
