Hey, nope still haven't found a place to play raquetball. Nearest place is 45 miles away from what I've been told. Well, the plateau buster, I haven't lost one lb. I lost 2, then Wed I was sick and did not eat much, and gained it back. I am doing it though and actually feel better eating the protein and not the junk, so it is still worth it to get that junk out my system... cuz I don't even crave it now. Thanks!
