Okay guys...anyone who has read any of my posts knows how hard it's been for me to break into Onederland. I truly believed I'd be there before spring break in April, nope. Then I thought I'd break it after doing tons of exercise, nope. Even after the 10k last weekend I thought, okay...this is it. Not even a 1/2 lb.!!! So, I've eliminated any sugar free candy, and tried to shake up my menu some. But when I got on the scales and it said 200.0, I just had to laugh! God has a sense of humor!! Have a great day! LOL!! That is funny! It will come Kerri, relax, you are probably sabotaging yourself with bad karma! Hey I have an idea. Someone once posted on here about a massage breaking her plateau! Go get a massage! If it helps great, if it doesn't, what the heck you get a massage! And P.S. ask for a hot swedish guy to give it to you! LOL! That would get your metabolism going! Wendy

I feel ya. We have the same surgery date and the last few weeks nothing is moving. My scale even does ounces and that hasn't moved one ounce. I am uping my walking at lunch and uping my protein. Hopefully in a week longer it will move. I keep telling myself, patience is a virtue. LOL. Not one I have much of. Sara

Ohhhh, Kerri! That is funny. I have soooooo been there. It seems like every single time I get hung up on a number this happens. When I was trying to hit the Century Club, I went on travel for three weeks. I was only 5 pounds away from hitting it. I thought for SURE i would make it while I was on travel.... but NOPE...I GAINED!! That was the longest five pound struggle ever. And I lingered at 99.5 pounds lost for a long time. I just laughed every morning when I got on the scale...but i was soooo frustrated! I remember when it finally broke, I dropped 5 pounds in a matter of a few days. Hang in there girlfriend!! We are rooting for you!! Hugs, Pam

Kerri, OMG! All you needed was 1/10 of a pound to get into ONEderland!! What you've said is so true. It gets so frustrating when you are trying to hit a certain number . The scale just doesn't show it! I think that when you are going to get into ONEderland you will do it big time with a big loss ! That happened to me while I was on weigh****chers trying to get to a 100 pound loss. It was like pulling teeth, then I dropped 7.8 pounds in one week. I bet that I will have the same experience as I am 3.3 pounds away from ONEderland. I am going to weigh****chers tomorrow and don't expect to make it . I know that it will be disappointing but when I do get there and I will, it will be the most emotional day of my life. I haven't been in the 100 range since my freshman year of high school! Hang in there! You will make it into ONEderland very soon! Just remember to tell me the same thing when I'm posting on this board and so frustrated for entering the mystical ONEderland too! I will be gone next week on vacation to Sedona Arizona without internet access. I will check in upon my return. I'm sure by then you will be in ONEderland! Hugs, Lucy
