Topic: hey whats that??!!
Hello all you Junebugs. have you been saying that to yourself lately? I know I have.. I find these bones that were buried all these past years and go whooo what's this and is that suppost to be there??!! Hey who knew we had hip bones??? and what's that under our breast??? OHHHHH breast bones and ribs.. who know!!!! anyone else having these wonderful finds!!! isn't it great!!! Have a great month. and a great time finding all these secret treasures!! Well, believe it! :D CONGRATULATIONS!!! I know the feeling! I guess I would be what you all call a "lightweight"? Started out at about 280 pounds and couldn't believe it the day I weighed in at 199! So high five to you!!!

I've seen a few people this week who hadn't seen me in a while. A couple of them totally "ignored" me which was a shock to me, until they looked at me again and said "I didn't recognize you!" That's pretty darn neat. About the self-confidence... well, I've always had good self-esteem (sure, I had my moments, but mostly I've been happy with myself and my life), and thought was self-confident, but I'm hearing from people at work and in my personal life that I seem to walk and act with more self-confidence, so I guess there's that too Oh, and dudes are checking me out again... hadn't happened in a loooooooooooooong time... so... there's THAT too ;)

I don't know anything about pregnancy, other than we should avoid it in the first year... but I guess that doesn't help you right now, eh? So, the only thing I can say, is PLEASE take your vitamins religiously! I was reading on the reviews for VistaVitamins how one person's OB told her to continue taking the VistaVitamins because they were better than pre-natal vitamins... Just something to consider. I most definitely can relate. I was going through the same thing. Going back to the old habit of "I'm bored, what can I munch on?". I had to have a serious conversation with myself having lost 0 pounds in 4+ weeks. I've regrouped and started over with the right habits. We have to be strong of mind... it's vital. I am doing about 6oz...depending on food type. Not much more than that. Although I feel like I eat all day. Its weird....Six meals is a tough concept for me....can't decide whether its grazing or healthy. I would like to cut back to 3 meals a day but I have to figure out how to get protein in 3 meals. Challenges are all around. You are doing well. Like your new photo. Debbie

I have lost 143lb. as of Thursday, 1/27. Had a 19 day plateau and then lost 6 lb. this week. I'm sure I'll hit another plateau soon, that seems to be a pattern for me. Amy

I walk 3 miles per day (2 before work and 1 on my lunch hour). I am going to a gym on Monday, they are having a grand re-opening to see what they have and the costs. I need to start doing weight training/toning cause I am really, really flapping in the breeze these days.

I also never measured so I try to envision a tennis ball and keep it to that size. My doctor said to get in 60g protein minimum and about 800 calories (consisting of protein and good carbs) Amy
