Topic: RE: Where are you NOW???
Good one! 1)- What was your weight pre-op? 280 2)- What is your goal weight? 150 3)- How much have you lost already? 91 (yeah!!! I'm off my plateau!!!) 4)- How much total weight do you want to lose? 130 5)- What percentage of excess weight have you lost? Based on a weight of 135 for my height (5'3"), about 62%. Based on my goal weight of 150, then 69%

I had my surgery June 29, 2004. Here's where I stand: 1) 347 2) 170 (thereabouts) 3) 101 4) 200 5) 70 percent (couldn't believe it was that much ... not very good at math, so don't know if I did it right.) Eileen

Topic: RE: Increased Hunger? Have you Noticed?
I thought I was the only one. I can actually eat all day long now on some days. Not everyday but some, and it's really been hard. Lucky for most of you that dump...I wish I did because it's really hard not to have that candy bar at work when I am feeling hungry and I forgot to pack enough cucumbers or little munchies and all I have is the snock machine. But before you tell me "no don't do it" I know it's just really hard but I have been resisting.Plus I have been freaked out these past few days because ever since my surgery when my period comes I seem to be 4-5 pounds lighter ( thats been great) but this week when my menstrual came I got on the scale and freaked out because I was like 7 pounds heavier. I keep telling myself I am just bloated but it has me worried.
