Topic: Plastic Surgery
Hey guys,
Its been so long since I had a chance to check in. My life has been full throdle since surgery. I'm down to 186 pounds, 39 % body fat. I've lost 129 ponds since my surgery 6/29/04. I had a sluggish period I cured with subligual B12. The hair loss was short spanned thank God. I have issues with the extra skin more than anything. I've been thinking about consulting a plastic surgeon, but I know its too early. I'm only 8 months out and down 130 pounds, I figured this to be my total loss, not just 8 months out. I'm not complaining, believe me! Anyone have any or have been given any good advise to plastic surgery after WLS? Gotta run for now, it's non stop! lol Take care all! You are all in my prayers and thoughts.

Topic: I want to scream!!!!!!
I went out last night shopping for some new clothes! I picked up a pair of 12 jeans and thought I would get into them in a couple of months. I can wear them now!! I wanted to scream to the world! I was so excited!
Still I keep wondering if the clothes are miss sized. I still can't see myself a 12. I still see that 24plus..

Thank you so much for figuring that out. I don't know how to do that part. Again thank you and btw, you really look good. I hope I can get to 150. That is what I am pushing for since I got over the hurdle and now I am trying for 50 more for my goal.

Hi Everyone!
Ok, here are my stats:
1)- What was your weight pre-op? 265
2)- What is your goal weight? 175
3)- How much have you lost already? 68
4)- How much total weight do you want to lose? (#1 - #2) 90
5)- What percentage of excess weight have you lost? (#3 / #4) 75.5%
22 lbs to go for me. I have started exercising in the last couple of months and although my weight has hardly changed, the inches are still going down which is encouraging. As I see it, it's going to be a life long process that I will never give up on.
Best wishes to everyone!
