MY DOCTOR SAYS YOU REALLY STOP AT 18 MONTHS THEN YOU GO UP AND DOWN BETWEEN 5 AND 10 POUNDS THE MOST. IAM SCARE BUT THE CONTRARY I WONDER HOW MUCH MORE WILL I LOOSE, IAM ALREADY MY GOAL WEIGHT WHICH IS 160 BUT DOC SAYS MOST LIKELY I MAKE IT TO 125-135 AND I REALLY DONT WANT THAT AT ALL 150 SHOULD DO IT FOR ME. SO KEEP UP THE WORK YOU STILL HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO LOOSE ALL THE EXTRA POUNDS AND MAYBE EVEN MORE THAN YOU WANTED. AND YOU KNOW WHATS THE SECRET FOR ANYBODY THAT WANTS TO KNOW IS EATING 4 TO 5 MEALS A DAY IAM ALWAYS EATING AND I HAVE NEVER HIT A STALL IAM STILL LOSING EVERYWEEK WHEN I GET ON MY SCALE I ONLY STAY 2 WEEKS WITH THE SAME WEIGHT THEN I GO DOWN MORE THAN A POUND THE FOLLOWING WEEK PLUS LET ME TELL YOU 2 TIMES I GAINED A POUND BUT THEN THE FOLLOWING WEEK I GO DOWN MORE THAN A POUND AND MAKE UP FOR IT SO HANG IN THERE WE ARE HERE FOR THE LONG HAUL. Hi Mary Beth, I just had a panni removed. Took a LOT out of me. Much more than I expected to get over... I'm 4 weeks past and still sore and sick to death of this binder! But the binder does help with the pain. I had 4-Csection and my gallbladder out as well as the RNY but this panni kicked my butt. But it has also done so much for me, more than I thought it would. I'd do it again in a heart beat! But give yourself time to heal. Patti, in Montague
