I'm revising my numbers... I don't believe my original goal was very realistic... so I'll go with 170

This may sound weird, but it's kind of like those things they do on the news once in awhile, where some skinny attractive girl (it's always a female) puts on padding and makeup and spends the whole day finding out what life is like as a fat person. At the end of the day, they think they have this new understanding of what life is (was) like for us.
I've kind of felt like that in reverse. Like because of the surgery, I'm now kind of "disguised" as a normal (non-fat) person. I guess I still feel like one day I'll have to take the makeup off and go back to my old life.

I'm shooting for 229. I'm at 247 right now. Started at 341. I'd settle for 241 just to make that 100lbs...
229 would get me out of the Severely Obese category and into just Obese...

I am stuck at a plateau also!!!!!!!!!!! So I dont have much advice, but what I am going to do is do the plateau buster I didnt about 7 months ago. And if it works I will post it on here! if it doesnt I will lurk quietly...lol... So starting monday, I am going to break the plateau, I have been stuck at 246! well actually 246, 247, 248, 249, and back to 246. My scales just changes between thoes numbers! But I am determinded to break my plateau now!!

I posted this on the CA site today.......think I'll start a plateau' peps page.. and see how that goes......I don't have the answers.. I'm in the same boat as are others, and knowing I wasn't alone made me feel good, I think staying greatfull for the weight loss I've had, and feeling normal and knowing that this plateau is also normal helps me wake up with out the depression........so............. that didn't answer any of your questions.. but I hear that out of the blue people start loosing again.. so I'm gonna keep eating right, try and drink more water, keep exersizing stay accountalbe......and fricken pray,,,,,,,,I'm also gonna start looking into plastics................................thank you Mizz Martha... for your help on that........ok that's my .02

Well, I haven't been on here in a while. When I started I weighed 230lbs.
11 1/2 months later I know weigh drum roll please LOL 135lbs. I just had a Breast Lift with Implants I can now wear all the sexy clothes. I would do it all again. This has been a journey.

I am down 187 in 11 months...I have a goal to get to 200 by my 1 year anniversary June 21st....I am just wondering can I make it? I can wear alot of different sizes.....Pants 18, Tops L-XL but I still hang out in alot of 3X stuff....I love my clothes and can't give them up yet!
What a ride...Glad I went this road!

Gosh I know what you mean....I hate to be around me. I haven't tried to take anything yet but I think I better look into something otherwise my boss is going to fire me over the stink!
