Hey you guys! Thanks for the hugs! I really feel great about this accomplishment, considering how long I was stuck 3 pounds away from 100... whew! But like I say on my profile... I am totally re-focused, and I intend to see this all the way through. There is no other option but success! 39 to go to goal! Whoo hoo!!! Angie 280/179/140 http://www.geocities.com/tiger_angie

I have picked up six pounds this week...where I don't know except perhaps water...I am now in the midst of removing salt items. Which is hard when you eat out. I have two BBQs coming up and know it will probably be 2 days before I can be salt free. I just hope I can hold this 6 pounds at bay. I am only 11 months out...I was so hoping to continue loss into the 18 mos. I have been the same way as you....the fat armor was always there to help. I need to reinforce the fact that the fat armor wasn't really helping me it was rindering me in a bad way. Its tough to get out of your comfort zone but it helps tremendously with this journey. Find a small goal that can get you out the czone. For me it was posting my new pic... I have been afraid to let go of the old me! That little step has helped me alot. Debbie

Topic: RE: 11 months weight in
Hi 'bugs . . . Well today 5/29 is my official 11th month out and I'm kinda bummed as it appears that I've GAINED 2-3 lbs this weekend, hopefully it's water weight as my TOM is right around the corner, grrrrrrr. I am down to "180" from 300 for a loss of 120 lbs to date. Down from size 5X/30-32 to 12's and 14's. I've lost 8 inches in my bust PLUS down one cup size. Lost about 1/2 of my thick hair at month 5 but now have "sproings" growing back in for that sexy unkempt look, ahem. My body looks like a sharpei on crack . . . but there's always PS to fix that. -BJ who is SERIOUSLY going to be watching her CARB INTAKE for the next four weeks!!!

Topic: RE: What did you do with your fat clothes??!!
THERE YA GO!!! Get rid of 'em clothes, girl!!! For me it's been easier, since there is someone else in my office who had the surgery, so I go through my closet and just give her stuff... Before that, though... I had at least 10 garbage bags full of clothes that I donated to our local Army thrift store. No way I'm keeping them! I have kept one shirt only... just because I love it even if I can't wear it... Maybe I'll use it to sleep in Angie 280/179/140 http://www.geocities.com/tiger_angie http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/profile.phtml?N=L1098876573

Topic: RE: This time last year . . .
I NEVER imagined I'd be in a fitting room trying on size 4 jeans and capri's. Decided to pick up some capri's since I don't look good in shorts with the loose skin on my legs. And yes a size 4 fit fine, in fact the waist is a bit loose. My one year anniversary is up on June 14th and I've lost 144 pounds, went from a size 24 to a size 4. I never could have imagined that this time last year. Life is so much better living it as a thin person! Guess I just have to remember that "nothing tastes as good as thinness feels."
