Hi Cherish, I know exactly how you feel , I have been so depressed lately because I can't seem to get back on track, I have been eating chips, candy , all the crap that I used to eat, and I feel like a total failure!!!! I have gone from 388 lbs. to 263 lbs. (was 255 lbs.) I gained back up to 270 lbs. have brought it back down to 263 lbs. but can't keep control long enough to get on down !!! I am so depressed and SCARED out of my mind , I cry a lot and feel like I have blown myself out of the water, I have been working since march 6th. this year , first job in 21 yrs. and I have been off track ever since and it just keeps getting worse. I canceled my doctors Apointment last month because I have lost my Ins. temporarily. I have been going on spending sprees and eating like there is no tomorrow. I need HELP!!!!!!!! God Please Help!!!!!! I don't want to regain my weight, I want so bad to reach my goal. I am sorry I don't have any answers for you Cherish , But I wanted to let you know that you are not alone in the struggle, I will keep you in my Prayers and Please Pray for Me too and all those like us who are Strugling right now. I saw something on the news a while ago,, where this young 20ish yr old was getting a type of laser procedure on her stretch marks,, it showed a big difference when they compared a few areas,,, Maybe call around to those laser hair removal places and ask,, als a tan helps hide them a bit,,, congratulations on your amazing success!! Thanks so much I never really thought about the smile thing, but apparently I'm REALLY smiling now or something 'cause I get that HAPPY comment a lot! Tee hee... I tell you what though, it is very cool and freaky and exciting and scary when I look at a picture like this, because it's like... WHO IS THAT? I still don't really SEE me like that... very weird

I have to agree, I can't believe it's been a year. I've gone from a size 26 to a 14 and haven't exercised at all. I'm not proud of that, just telling the truth. I do think that this last 30 lbs will require some exercise to budge though, so today I went and bought myself the cutest workout outfit with a matching sun hat...I plan to walk. I have gone from 287# to 176#. The weight is moving VERY slowly since I over snacked on the holidays, but again, I think exercise will be my salvation. I haven't posted photos, but plan to this week with my starting and current photo. It's striking how much I've changed. Best to all of you June bugs out there! Tracey Lynn
