Topic: how about a Turkey Day goal??
Hi folks, I'm seriously stalled here, have bounced back and forth from 163-170 since July. I have been eating too many carbs and not enough protein. I want to make the most opportunity out of our 12-18 month window here, so I am pledging to keep myself on track foodwise, exercise more and try to lose 10 more pounds by Thanksgiving. Any takers? -BJ 300/165/150??? but happy and flappy regardless

Mary, Sure hope everything has gone well with your surgery...I will keep you in my prayers for today and the days ahead. It will be a long journey, but I know you can do it. It will just take time. Sit back and relax. Let everyone else do for you now. In the long run you will be glad you did. Karen 288/119
