Well... I lost and have kept off about 5 pounds, but there were quite a few meals I didn't like (or knew I wouldn't like) and had to return, so I've been off Nutrisystem for about two weeks now. I'm kicking it into high gear (by following the rules) for the next two weeks and will update my profile before I go on vacation...

Topic: I've forgotten what to eat
hey all,
congrats to all who have reached their goals. I have had a few bumps in the road. I got pregnant in may of this year. I had complications and was put on bedrest at 3 mos. I was hospitalized at 5 months and had my baby at 6 mos. When I got pregnant, I started eating more often. Like every hour it seemed like. but i wasn't really eating a lot. I only gained maybe 10 pounds during my pregnancy. Well, I haven't lost anything, but what's really strange is that I went up like 2-3 sizes in my jeans. My clothes were fitting tighter before I ever found out I was pregnant-but, I would think all this extra insulation would go away after I had my son. Also, I have forgotten the rules about eating and drinking, i.e. how long to wait after drinking before eating and so on. A friendly reminder would be greatly appreciated. Also, I could use your prayers for my little boy, as he is having a great amount of difficulties due to his prematurity and surgery.

I am at the same weight I go up or down 5 pounds but maintain around the same weight. I must admit I do have to eat sweet sometimes to take in some extra in order to keep my weight where it is but I don't act to bad on the sweet stuff it hurt my tummy after a while.

Tee hee... I was hoping the post was about changing the goal UP, not down
I went all the way down to 170, but gained 5 pounds and have been going back and forth with the same 3 pounds (175-178) for like... ever! Totally, absolutely, undoubtedly my fault!
I still want to get to 169 as a short-term goal. I want to be just overweight, not obese. So that's what I'm concentrating on... For my long term/final goal I'd set up originally 135-140, but considering that I have been heavy all my life (yes, ALL my life!) I truly believe 150 (and/or a solid size 10-12, whichever comes first) is a much healthier and attainable/maintainable weight for me... but I know I have to be a good girl and do all the right things if I honestly want to get there...
But hey... not that you asked, but even at my present size of 12/14, I'm already absolutely thrilled with my healthier life! That's what matters to me most!

I'm holding steady at 184. I hit my goal weight in 7.5 months and kept losing.
I do everything I can to keep what I have.

I may have to up mine from 150 to 190....Seems more realistic although I would still be obese. I have been at 214-215 for six weeks. I am sure my body is saying if you cut back on calories and did more exercise maybe I would let you get to 190....I am still dreaming for the 150. Its up to me right?
