Hi Brenda,
Because your back is hurting, I would call the Doctor. I'm one that would wait and wait, but the back pain is something you shouldn't mess with. You may have a blockage that could make you very sick. As far as your weight loss, you've lost 35 lbs in 7 weeks!! Think about that.. That's not easy to do!! Keep up the great work, but call your Doc, ASAP, even tonight..

I am so glad that most every one is in about the same weight loss bracket. I just started walking and boy is it ever hot here in Atlanta. My son said the cutest thing about my weight loss the other day, he said "Mom, you used to be my big fluffy pillow, now you are going to be my warm blanket" cute huh? I was like are you talking about my sagging skin on my arms? and he said "yep" lol lol I just had to crack up. I love that kid! Ya'll keep up the positive attitude because if your happy every thing goes much more smoothly! Be sweet and make good choices! Smooches, Dawn

Current Weight: 220lbs
Total Weight Loss: 47lbs
I feel like I have slowed down. Any suggestion to pick up the process.

I had surgery on June 22nd, 2004 so I am 7 weeks post op. I have lost 38 lbs and 23 1/2 inches so far. I am looking for recipes to make. I have done lots with chicken, but wonder what good stuff is out there. Can you help me??

Hello everyone,
I had my surgery on june 17th and I lost a total of 44lbs. I think that is good. I hope to lose more. until then everyone happy good losing.
