Topic: Help--Situps/Obliques/Lat Exercises?
Does anyone have any advice regarding situps/obliques/lat exercises? I want to add these types of exercises to my workout routine. I am 7 wks post-op. What is a good target number to start and build up to? And, what types have been most beneficial in drawing in the excess flab? Any information would be helpful.

Sounds great about the size 14. I too had my 2 month appt today and was down 62 pounds. I was shocked, but am enjoying the weight loss and new energy.

Hey Everybody! Congrats to all of us!!!
Here I am. Better late than never! I'm getting tired of two pounds down then one pound up, same for 4 - 5 days, then one pound down the one pound back up, then hold for 4-5 days, then two pounds down ...... I know!..... Throw out the scale! But I need it for encouragement and as a deterent, too. I don't need any excuses like, "But you're doing so good! Go ahead and just try to eat one." Flip that ole devil off my shoulder!!
I am going to increase my protein and water and I'm sure that will kick my metabolism back in to gear. We'll seeeee...........

Hey yall
Yesterday was our Dr. Appt and surgery meeting. And I must say that the scale surprised me....
177
I said....GET OUT!!!!!!!!!!
-41 lbs! Oh my and today I am wearing a pair of jeans that have been in my closet for close to 6 yrs...tags still on them...never worn...a size 14!
a 14...Did anyone hear me..... A 14!! a snug 14...I NEVER thought Id see the day. Thank you Lord.
Granted it is the only jeans I can get in thats a 14...must be the way they are cut...but i dont care...its a 14 and not a 20-22!
I know I started as a light weight...but the scale has started to move again and Im so thrilled.
I hope and pray all the other Junebugs are doing great!
Hugs to you all

Hi, I know I have been terrible about updating. Right after my surgery we found out we have to move so ever since it's been crazy. Finding a house, packing and now just waiting to close (oh and still packing..LOL)
Anyhoo, I think it's 10 weeks today and I am down 60 pounds. WOOHOO!! It's great!!!
