Hey I had to add that Ive lost over 70 pounds as of 8/22/04. I have gone from a size 36/38 to a 26/28 in 8 weeks tomorrow.

I began to hurt in my abdomen and it continued to worsen. The pain seemed to move around a bit but never went very far. I would go from the center to the left side to lower abdomen. Then nausea set in and became unbarable. I began to vomit and just couldn't stop (lasted for 2 1/2 days). After a particurlary hard bout of dry heeves I began to vomit up blood. I headed to the ER and they found the twisted/blocked bowel and rushed me into emergency surgery. I will keep you in my prayers and I hope you don't have any complications.

wow sherry great job. You must be feeling a little better these days huh? I had my surgery the same day as you. I had the open rny. I am loving the added little energy in my day. I started at 302 and am down 69 pounds as of this a.m. I went back to work last nite for the first time since surgery and was amazed that I didnt have to keep sitting down due to mybreaking back. keep up the good work. are you exercising yet? jamie-sue
