Happy Two Years to you as well. I used to be on this site everyday in the beginning and then sort of slipped away as time went by. Now I think we need the support more than ever. I spoke to the nutritionist at my surgeon's office to get some pointers on maintaining and possibly losing a little more.

Hi everyone!
I am so glad to be here. I never thought it would be possible. I have lost 150-155 pounds. I eat healthy, excersie and love it. I still have alot of food issues and still get sick often.

It's been two years and I am currently maintaining a 130 pound weight loss. I stopped losing at around 18 months. Some days I am happy with my progress and other days I'm not so happy with how I look; but I guess that is normal. I think I'm eating too much but I am still working 2 jobs and not much time to rest. At least 3 days a week I work from 2:30 pm until 8:00 am. The only excerise I get is at work. I stock shelves at WalMart overnight from midnight to eight, sleep for about 4 hours and go to my regular job at 2:30 pm. I am developing muscles in my arms and I can tell a difference in my upper body strength. When I go for my 2-year check-up, I plan to consult with the nutritionist to make sure I am on the right track with my eating. Some days my old habits creep back in and I really have to fight the desire to munch. These are the days I worry that I may blow the whole thing and regain my weight.

Terry.... You look great in your bikini... I only wish that my scars from my tummy tuck, would let me wear one also. Doctor took stiches out too soon and have a bad scare just below my new belly button. Oh welll, I never thought I would even be able to wear my size 3-5 jeans and I do. I feel great, have gained just 5 pounds and am happy with that.. Since my sister had gained much more than that.
As long as we all remember what got us over weight to begin with, we can keep off all the extra weight. Good luck.

Most people seem to gain weight with no trouble, especially after the third year from what I hear. I'd say don't worry about it and it will happen. Most of us would love to have that problem. Us women fluctuate with the cycle too. I can be 125 one day and 130 the next due to fluid retention.
Good luck to you.
