Hello my fellow June Bugs! Today I am 5 months out. I am down from 299 day of surgery to 220. My hair is falling out in droves!!!!! I can't wait for that to stop!!! My next mini goal is to be under 200 lbs by my 6 month anniversary. I don't know if that is realistic, but I am going to try. I am glad everyone is doing so well! Cathy -79

Hello to all the June bugs, I hope that everyokne is doing goood. Well I have lost a total of 72 pounds, I currently weight in at 160 pounds and wear a size 12/10 in pants and med shirts, my surgery was on June 21 at that time I was 232 pounds and wearing a size 20 in pants and x-lg shirts. ( I'm a light weight) Good news is I don't haveany flab just a little on my stomach not enough to get approved for a tummy tuck so I'm not going to worry about it.

Hi Karen! Congrats on the Century club...!!!!! Wow, what are you doing that I'm not? I'm pleased with the inches, but the pounds are going slowly, however it's a big improvement over my other self. L

OK . . . so they're stretch denim leggings . . . and they look like they've been painted on, LOL . . . but I want to shout from the rooftops that I purchased these at Kmart off the rack in the "regular" ladies section, thinking I'd fit into them after Xmas. Got home and tried them on -- they are tight but I was surprised to get myself into them!!! I'm SO pleased!!! I'll give myself a couple more weeks before I try them on again. If I'm this stoked about stretch denim, I can't IMAGINE what it will finally feel like to get into a comfy pair of real Levi's again, heavenly I presume. The other good news is I found a quick source of protein at 7-11 yesterday . . . I don't really like beef jerky (taste or dry texture) but they carry this stuff called "kippered beef" which is similar but thicker/less chewy and more moist. 27 grams of protein and 140 calories per package. THIS I can handle. I am noticing the more protein I am ingesting, the less hungry I am during the day. Today I am going to check out treadmill prices at that used sports equipment store, Play-It-Again-Sports. Hopefully I can talk "Santa" into bringing one down our chimney this year. Hope you all are doing well! -BJ 300/218/150???
