That is awesome. As long as you are getting liquids in, I don't think it is a problem that it isn't plain old water. I sure hope that is right because I
on jus****er. Hot Cocoa has been my savior.
Keep up the great work.

Topic: Century Mark in Sight
As of today I am 96.6 #'s down. I have went from a size 26 to a 16.. Makes me feel very good. However, I am feeling a little bad because I haven't been drinking my water like I should. I drink coffee, tea, and diet coke.. Is this bad??? My protein intake is good. Hairloss began last week too. Haven't been able to exercise for 2 weeks, getting injections in knee.
I know that Thanksgiving will be tough. 4 more lbs and I will have lost 100 lbs. I know that is a great accomplishment. Thought it might have been more by now though

COngrats to everyone's weight loss..
It's good to know that I am right on target...sometimes I get discouraged and think I am never gonna make my goal weight. I must be doing something wrong because my loss has slowed WAYYYYYY down. But when i see that I am with everyone else it gives me encouragement that I'm okay.
Surgery was June 18th
Started at : 287
As of this morning: 203 ( I want to be below 200 soooo bad!)
Total loss : 84 lbs YESSSSSSS!
Exercising 3x a week at Curves and trying to walk the other days
Protein 50-65 grams aday
Water --- not always the easiest to get in
HAIR LOSS!!!!! it's the worst. I have thin hair to begin with and I keep getting it cut to look thicker...I am ready for that part to stop.
I just wish everyone the best as this year we have so much to be THANKFUL FOR. I Thank the good Lord above daily for this surgery.
Happy Thanksgiving June Bugs!

Hi June Bugs!
I don't visit this board much but I did today...glad I did. The day of my surgery, June 7th, I weighed 288. Today I weigh 192. I was in size 26 jeans...now I'm in a 16! I've been losing a LOT of hair for about 3 months now. But then I know I'm not getting enough protien. I've been really sick since November 3...gallstones. Had the gallbladder out on Nov 11th. Still not able to eat much of anything...vomitting a lot. Some days are better than others. I'm so proud of everyone here! This "tool" we have all gained are making us so much more healthy than we were. WAY TO GO!!!!! Ya Hoo!!!!
Hugs to everyone,
Michelle L.

Topic: Quiet in here
Hey all June-bugs. It is pretty quiet in here. We must all be off exercising.
Anyone have anything fun and exciting going on in their lives? Any big plans for Thanksgiving?
I am hosting Thanksgiving at my house. Everyone is bringing something and all I have to make are the mashed potatoes. Nothing too strenuous for me.
It will be a day of football, board games, family, and fun.
Have a super day.

I found a really yummy cranberry sauce recipe in splenda.com web site.
As we all know cranberry sauce has lot's of sugar!.
this recipe for cranberry/apple relish is really good.
I'm gonna make it and bring it to my Mom and Dad's for our Thanksgiving meal.
Try it once it cools off, it's really Yummy! At warm it's kinda bitter, but, who eat's cranberry sauce warm??
Happy Thanksgiving in advance!
