Wednesday afternoon is my weigh-in day. This week I lost 4 pounds. WOW! I swear the more I eat, the more I lose. Go figure. Anyway this makes my grand total of 72 pounds lost since June 21st Goodbye 240's 28 pounds to go to the century club 39 pounds to go to be under 200 pounds Nancy 310/238/122

Hello all you June bugs, I'm glad to say I'm at the wieght I want to be can you say 153 pds I wear Ia size 10 in pants and a medium shirt. I'm going to lose maybe 20 more pounds and call it quite. My begining weight was 253 wearing a size 20 in pants and xx lg shirt.

I admitt that I watch it sometimes....didn'****ch that one though. But today I was thinking of the same thing.....was taking a couple of loads of laundry up a big flight of stairs....I couldn't believe that I loss much more than that.......84 to be exact!!! I'm so glad that I don't have to deal with that!!!!! Just remember the next time you try to pick up a 50 lb bag of dog food (or something like that) ......you USE to carry that around and THEN SOME!!! Hi all, Losing hair like crazy but happy with everything else. I'm down 100 lbs & my 6 month isnt until 12/30. I'm down to a size 14 misses from a 26/28 plus. Asside from being half bald i'm very glad I had this surgery. Thanks! Nicole 289/189/140

It was the best feeling ever!! I still get misty eyed just thinking about that day and what happened. I still see myself as I was before the surgery, I guess it will take a while for my mind to catch up to my body. It surprises me to no end when something like what happened with my father happens. Thanks so much for your comments. I wasn't sure if anyone would read this post.
