Back to the gym is everyone's priority...geez!!! Last night the local YMCA was utter chaos with waits for almost all exercise equipment. With that said, I was not to be denied seeing as I gained 2lbs over the holidays. It's time to get back with the program again!!! Kevin

hi everyone i had my surgery on june 28,2004 and going for my 6 month check up on the 7th, but as of today iam 65lbs lighter. and doing good am stuck where im not losing any weight but i new eventally that would happen, i read some of others messages, good job to you all and best of luck for the future to come.
