look at it not as your failing but that you are gaining a whole new person inside and how you feel, don't be discouraged because you will get passed it, im stuck right now too, seems like alot of the june surgery people have hit a plateau we all new it was coming (but still hate it) i wish you luck and everyone else too,we should all try not worrying about it so much and concentrate on how we feel and maybe they weight will drop and we wont even know it!

boy i thought i was the only one that was trying foods that i shouldn't i am scared my old eating habits will return once my body adjusts to everything i try to conrol what i eat but sometimes i just have to try something because i miss the taste i regret it sometimes and sometimes i manage to savor what i miss but know i cannot continue it, i think its all in our minds and just remember that food tastes so goooood! but we all know where it got us,but we will beat all odds we are strong, good luck on your next 70 i need to lose about 15 more to meet mt goal ,god bless

My current weight is 146 which is only 8 pounds from my century mark and my weight goal of 138. I feel good and my body went back to pretty much it's normal state. I don't have no flab even my arms or looking good. I am very happy at my current weight and really don't won't to be under 138. Has any one out there gotton smaller than what there goal weight was?

I was looking at my profile and I saw the link to the June surgery page and I thought I would I would have a looksee. Boy am I glad I did. I have been so depressed because I have only lost 70 lbs since my June 23rd surgery! During November and December there was food everywhere and I swear I tried some of everything. I even got up two nights at 3 a.m. to eat. Even if I dumped I would be right back at it! All that crazy dysfunctional behavior I thought was gone! I am still excited about losing 70 lbs but like many of you have said I thought it would be down like 100 lbs by now. I still want to lose about 70 lbs more. Thanks for the posts they really help!

Hello all you June bugs. Almost your 7th month anniversary? Mine is today, and I've lost a total of 85 lbs since surgery/93 from my highest. Whooo Hoooo! I only lost 5 lbs this month. Which is ok , It's a lost not a gain. I know they say we are all going to slow way down the closer we get to you gold weight but, Wasn't it nice loosing so fast at first??? I personally have to step up the exercise portion of my diet. I will admit that being winter I am a tad slack in that department. I'm going to walk the indoor track with my friend afterwork starting next week. She wants to loose some weight and I want to get back on track. Happy anniversary all and how did you do this month?? Mary 268/260/175/???
