Finally finally finally I've made it. Haven't seen the 100's since 2002. I am so excited had to email everyone LOL. This past week I've really concentrated on protein protein protein and it made the scale move, finally. I am staying between 700-1000 calories a day. -BJ 300/198/150??

It is a wonderful feeling to put on clothes that are smaller. When I first put on a pair of jeans with zipper I couldn't believe it. Then when I got into a size 18 I was just tickle pink. I e-mail almost everybody about me getting into an 18. Now I am waiting for the day when I can wear a 16. I am wearing my daughters tops but soon to be in her pants. As far as energy goes, I cannot sit still always on the go. It is just amazing. Take Care all, Debra French

I haven't been on the board to much and I feel bad about it. I had my surgery June 2nd and it seems like we are all on the same page. That is so weird. I too is hoping for 150 and I know we will get there. I have been exerising too. I walk around the gym at work and I got me a gazelle and I am on that for 10 minutes. It has help a whole lot. As of today and being 7 months out I have lost 110 pounds. I have energy like I never had before. The other thing I discovered is I have bones that I didn't know I had. It is funny though cause when I sit down it hurts. I have to sit on a pillow. My hip bones, I am feeling them also. Can't lay on my sides it hurts so much. Any of you ladies or anybody notice anything like this. I hope I hear from some of you. Happy Losing, Debra French 315/204/and soon 150?????????

Hi Cathy- I do think that 1200 seems like a lot.. My nutritionist says 500-750. I can get in about 2/3-1 cup depending on what it is Im eating. Good luck!! Kim 318/197/160/-121

When I talked to my dietician, she said I should be getting in about 3/4 cup of food (1 cup for soups)... however, I'm still somewhere between 2/3-3/4. I guess it all depends on what I'm eating. She also said I should be getting in 1200 calories - that seems like a lot, don't you think?? How many do you guys get??? Cathy 327/236/140 -91
