struggling, setting 2 year anniversary goal WHOSE WITH ME??
I am embarrassed to admit constant grazing and even swiping out of my kids' Easter Baskets, how pathetic is that? It's like I can't even have anything bad in the house as I have no self-control (I'm not a dumper unfortunately).
I have yoyo'd 10 pounds back and forth since tummy tuck last November. If it is this easy to put 10 back on in the matter of a couple of weeks I am a goner when it comes to long-term maintenance.
JUST THOUGHT I'D POST THIS HERE TO KEEP MYSELF HONEST. No flames please, I'm berating myself enough as it is.
Spring is finally here and hopefully with the nice weather comes more outdoor activity to burn calories. And I need to get back on the WLS regimen as well as mind-set.
Having confessed this, let me put my goal out there -- I want to weigh 145 at my 2-year anniversary. I had gotten down to 148 back in January and put 10 pounds back on.
Anyone else wanna join me?

300/158/145-50?
I haven't been on this site, for 6 months or so. I have to be honest, as well, I got down to 164, and I finally got brave enough to step on the scales, and I am now 176 or so. I about fainted, I could tell due to my cloths, but had no idea. So I have kicked it into gear. I will get back to my 164 plus want to loose an additional 10, since I realized I can gain. So I am with ya!
