Are you still losing?
Well its quicky approaching the 18th month.....Are you still losing? Me I haven't lost a pound in a few weeks....I go up and down the same pound. I do have to do that blasted food diary again and see if there is any tweaking I can do. If you are losing, what calories are you committed to at this point and how much exercise do you do?
Happy ThanksGiving!
No I am not still losing....but its because of me. I play with the same 5 lbs all the time. I have been at this weight since this summer. I weigh myself daily to make sure I don't go up any further. My problem is I need to exercise more and get all of my water in. The protein is not a problem....just the other 2.
Although I have lost 137 lbs. and am thrilled.....I am beginning to feel fat again....so I need to kick it up and try to feel that "thin" feeling again.I don't want my head to take over my body AGAIN....So
Thanks for reminding us that we are on the tail end of the window and not to waste any more time.

Nope not losing and have nobody to blame but myself. Eating the wrong things -- not enough protein and way too many carbs. I am still bouncing from 157 to 164. My TT/hernia surgery was rescheduled for tomorrow morning 11/25 and I'm hoping that the surgeon is able to remove a couple pounds of flab/skin from my "spare tire" and that will motivate me into getting back on track. I am disgusted with myself right now, though, need to get back on track and stop wasting time.

300/164/150???
I pretty much stopped losing 4 months ago. My goal weight was 130, I got down to 125 and stopped. Had a tt, belt lipectomy and thigh lift and he took off close to 5 pounds of skin so I'm losing only because of that. But I'm not looking to lose anymore either. I'm just thrilled that I'm maintaining my weight during this period of recovery from plastic surgery. It's been 5 weeks now and I never thought I could stop exercising and stay at the same weight.
When I was able to exercise I was eating about 1000 -1200 but would burn off 400 at least at the gym. I eat about 250-400 calories per meal. I get about 70g of protein per day, drink 130 oz of fluids and would do about 30-45 min of cardio plus weights 5 days a week.
A sample of what I eat is : breakfast is 1/2 c ff cottage cheese with sf jelly and strawberries, 1 slice of 40 calories toast with ff cream cheese and sf jelly. (or 5 Ritz crackers and 2 slices of ff cheese) A handful of raisins.
Lunch: 2 slices of sandwich meat and ff cheese, some kind of fruit, sometimes a few crackers and a powercrunch cookie.
Dinner: Some kind of meat and veggie
I'm wearing anywhere from a size 2 to 4 and I'm all skin and bones, so don't need to lose anymore.
Hope this helps you! Good luck!

my surger was 6/2/04.. i am still losing.. i want to stop. i dont know what my calorie intake is.. but i pretty much eat what ever i want. but i can't eat much. i'm getting concerned about trying to stop losing.. i have already reached my goal and i don't want to lose anymore. i guess i better start counting my calories, maybe i need more carbs.. sometimes i have no appetite.. i slowed up on the gym, because i didn't want to continue to lose. I still exercise but maybe 1 or 2times a week.. i need help!
Hi Debbie,
I just got back from my 18 month check up and lost 1 pound in the last 6 months. I did lose about 10 pound of fat and gained some water and muscle but I really want to lose more. So I am going to have to tweak something. My goal was to get to under 200 by the first of the year but that doesn't look like it is happening. More protein for me this week, I hope that jump starts something.
All my best,
Kathy

I fluctuate withing a 5-pound window for a while, then I will drop more weight. I'm a slow loser, always have been since the surgery. I am between 181 and 185. Still getting smaller. Hopefully am building muscle. I pretty much eat what I want when I want. Very little makes me dump or sick. I'm not sure what my goal weight should be.
