What's you weight now?
Hello to everyone, I just wanted to know the weight of some of my June bugs out there. Currently my weight is 137.5 I stand at 5"4. I now worry about the munchies and some times I can eat more than others that scares me alot. Do anyone out there cramp alot, I do every since the surgery I catch them everywhere my stomach, toes, legs and fingers. Can someone give me some advice on what to do about the cramps?
Diva....Currently my weight is standing still at 119. I tell everyone I'm 5"4, but I think I am really 5"2 cause my daughter is 5" and I don't stand much taller than her. I too have found I get the munchies, more so at night....Sometimes I can eat a lot and then there are times I can't..as far as cramping goes.. I have not had any and I sure hope I don't. I know they really hurt. Try eating a bananna every day if you can...That might help... Sounds like everything else is going go for you. Just remember to get your water and protien in every day...

I am at a stand still of 215 pounds right now on the scale. I have come a long way from 425 before surgery.....to 407 the day of surgery......till now. I still have 65 pounds I would like to drop. Its been good and if I don't get off all 65 pounds I won't be unhappy. I am so much happier these days. I am not the size 12 I wanted but don't feel like people are looking at me and saying look at the fat chick sweating as she walks! I am finding I eat more too! Some days I can curb it and others....well there is no stopping me. I feel normal these days. Even with eating. Everyone still watches what I eat. They like to see what I put in my mouth I guess. My husband is the food police so he always tells me there is too much on the plate! What a nice reminder! I never liked it before but now I find it helps me put things in prospective! The cramps sound like low potassium...bananas, orange juice is good for this. I hope things get better for you.
