Calcium

Ok i have a weird/dumb question. I had my surgery on June 30th 04 for thoe who do not remember me. I have to go see Dr Udobi very often now because i am pregnant with twins. ( All is good and healthy with all of us ) When i went Last week he told me that i am supposed to be takeing calcium caltrate. Which has calcium carbonate. The last year i have been takeing Calcium citrate . Which do you all take? ~Amanda 325/182/150 Twin boys due in December.

Congrats on the TWINS! We are supposed to take Calcium citrate. We can't absorb the other since we are missing the enzymes to break them down. Hannah
