I'm revising my numbers... I don't believe my original goal was very realistic... so I'll go with 170 I've been pretty stagnant for a while now, but I know exactly why and what I need to do to get going with the last 40 pounds... so here I go! I plan to say good bye to the first 12.5 pounds by 29 June...

Hey BJ, GOOD IDEA!!! Well, I am at 126 which imeans I have now lost 97% of my excess body weight. Having come all the way from 272 pounds, I guess I could go ahead and wor******ping those last 4 pounds. 122 should put me at 100%. We have done so well! I can't believe june 11 will be a full year! WHAT A WILD RIDE!!! Hannah
