I was looking at other surgery months ( July, May )and they seem to be posting a lot more than we are....hmmmm my challenge to us is to get on here and support each other....I need to know where you are coming from, where you have been and what happened while you were there. Soooooo if you have a post ...put it on here.PLZZZZZ... we need to hear from you. I am not upset I just think we need each other on here.... With that being said.... What did you eat today? B- oatmeal w/powder milk/ splenda (1/2 cup) (9 g pro) S - Protein drink ( 15 g) L - FF Cheese Quesadilla ( small) with Salsa & SF applesauce S - Protein bar ( 20 g) Supper - Creamed potatoes & Ham with G. beans S - Skim milk wiht SF Nestle QUik ( 8 oz.) 9 gr, protein Keep up the great losses.... Ok... I'll start off. Today was not a good day for eating. Some days are like that. I really only wanted to eat lunch which amounted to a small home made taco salad. But I will list what I do eat most days. Breakfast....2 poached eggs 20 g sometime I will have a packet of instant grits instead of the eggs.... 1 slice dry whole wheat toast 5 g morning snack..19 pcs.(small) of cheddar fetti from Dollar General 7g Lunch..2oz of chicken with green vegs.35 g Dinner..usually steamed fish with vegs. 27g I have never had any protein drinks. Only drink water and sometimes I will have something which is sugar free. I do eat lots of fruit, either fresh or anything in the can that is sugar free. As I have said before I started out at 288 lbs, and am now down to 154. I would like to get down to 135 by my 1 year check up. But will be just as happy with 145......So that makes me oh so close......... Cindy, it looks like you are doing well with the items you are eating and with the weight you are dropping. Keep up the good work. Ok....June Bugs we need to know just what it is you are eating too... Karen

Let's see... Breakfast: 3/4 of a one egg omelet, with cheese & bacon in it Lunch: part of a chicken fajita salad w/honey mustard & small slice angel food cake w/ strawberries & cool whip *bad, bad, bad I know, but this isn't typical, it was a co-workers bday** Dinner: haven't eaten yet, but I will take it easy, due to lunch I try to get my protein in, but I simply can't take protein drinks! Yuck!! JA 270/170/135?

Breakfast was chicken noodle soup Lunch was oatmeal yah I know backwards hehehe dinner is going to be shrimp lo mein Kerri band 6/4/04 268/224/160-180, but 199 will be good hehehe

Breakfast: 1/4c eggbeater with 2 slices of ff cheese, 1 soy sausage and a few grapes (About 22g protein) Lunch: 1/2 c ff cottage cheese with sf pears and 1 slice of ff cheese (about 20g protein) Dinner: Low Carb Penne Pasta (about 5 pieces) with ground beef and sauce. Dessert was 3 ritz crackers with peanut butter and sf jelly and a few grapes. Terry Coles 276/146/130 sometime soon

Hi, You and I are so close in our starting weight & surgery dates. I was 289 to start & an currently at 173. My surgery was 06/30/04. My goal is also to get to 149. Do you plan on having a TT when you get to goal? I absolutely need one. I can wear a size 13 jeans but if I didnt have all this extra skin I'm sure I could be in a smaller size. I have a dress thats a size 12 I have to fit into by June 18th because I'm a bridesmaid. I'm so afraid it wont fit by then! It has about 3 inches to go before it zips around the rib cage. YIKES! Talk to you! Nicole

I'm not a good eater. Today I had: Breakfast - english muffin with cream cheese, decafe coffee 3 cups. Snack - 2 strawberries and a couple of jellybeans. Lunch - french dip, mostly the meat, I ate about a quarter of the sandwich. Dinner - not yet, but planning on shrimp with ****tail sauce. Snack - an apple, no peel and then popcorn before I go to bed. I try to drink the protein, but I can't get it down most days. Deb
