Thank you so much for figuring that out. I don't know how to do that part. Again thank you and btw, you really look good. I hope I can get to 150. That is what I am pushing for since I got over the hurdle and now I am trying for 50 more for my goal. Debra

Thank you Debra for the kind words. I feel great! You will get to your goal, it just takes a lot of hard work, despite what others may think. I have found that many times when I tell someone that I had gastric bypass surgery they assume that I had taken the "easy" way out to weight loss... little do they know! I am working harder than ever at losing weight, but at lease I'm seeing a pay off. Keep up the good work! Terri

Hi Everyone! Ok, here are my stats: 1)- What was your weight pre-op? 265 2)- What is your goal weight? 175 3)- How much have you lost already? 68 4)- How much total weight do you want to lose? (#1 - #2) 90 5)- What percentage of excess weight have you lost? (#3 / #4) 75.5% 22 lbs to go for me. I have started exercising in the last couple of months and although my weight has hardly changed, the inches are still going down which is encouraging. As I see it, it's going to be a life long process that I will never give up on. Best wishes to everyone! Terri
