How do you get the Century Club Membership Card

Hello Junebugs!! I though I would stop by and ask you this question since so many of you , like me have made it. Isn't it exciting 100 pounds Gone!!! Who would have imagined it in 8 months. Congrats on all of your progress. Anyway....I've seen the cute lil Century Club Membership card in peoples profile. How do we get one? I supposed I need to send a picture to the administrator/volunteers. Now if I can just work off these last 40 pounds I'll be just fine!!!! Peace & Blessings Sharon 275/175/135
