Im so stuck
Look how far you have come!! Hold your head up high! You have done fantastic!!! I have lost 110 lbs. and know without this surgery I could not have done this! Listen to your own advice that the surgery was worth it because of your progress this far!!

Yes Patti, continue to hang in there and have faith. I too am a slow looser (68lbs so far), but I will continue to do my part and put the rest in the God's hands. I have been stuck for 6-8 weeks and when I do loose it's only 1-3 pounds so I know how you are feeling. Just keep working the program and it will come off.

Fear Not!! I have a feeling that we are all due for a pleateau!
Me too I have basicly stayed even for almost this whole month. Maybe even up 1 lb than back down that 1 lb. I maybe, MAYBE lost 3-5 lbs this whole month. We are used to just continually loosing month after month.
I know for me I'm gonna start walking again. I'VE been getting a little slack in that department so It's time to step it up a bit.
this too shall pass so they say and we'll all be on the loosing path again real soon.

Hi there,
I went for the whole month of december without losing any weight. I was stuck so on January 1st I dropped my carb intake to under 20 grams per day & now I'm losing again.

This is typical. Mostly Cheese & meat. I enjoy it though & I never feel deprived. I eat 6-8 mini meals almost like snacks every couple hours rather than larger meals. It works better for me. I also dont eat anything after 7pm. Instead I prepare my meals & menu for the next day. That way I'm not hanging out in the kitchen being tempted several times a day. I track it all on Fitday.com
