I haven't lost a pound since my 6 month check up .. that was December 8th. I'm very worried.

Don't feel bad I go 1 to 2 month's without losing anything. I am 6 months out and I have only lost 60lbs to date. I just tell myself everyone lose it at there on pace and try not to worry about it but I know it can be frustrating. Tasha 316/256

Look how far you have come!! Hold your head up high! You have done fantastic!!! I have lost 110 lbs. and know without this surgery I could not have done this! Listen to your own advice that the surgery was worth it because of your progress this far!! I saw that you read cards I would like to know more!!! Ivy

Yes Patti, continue to hang in there and have faith. I too am a slow looser (68lbs so far), but I will continue to do my part and put the rest in the God's hands. I have been stuck for 6-8 weeks and when I do loose it's only 1-3 pounds so I know how you are feeling. Just keep working the program and it will come off. M. Butler 291/223/165?

Me too, me too! This sucks. I guess we are in the same club. I am hoping this is not it and can't believe it will be, I don't eat nearly what I did pre surgery, so something has to give. Hopefully some pounds!

Fear Not!! I have a feeling that we are all due for a pleateau! Me too I have basicly stayed even for almost this whole month. Maybe even up 1 lb than back down that 1 lb. I maybe, MAYBE lost 3-5 lbs this whole month. We are used to just continually loosing month after month. I know for me I'm gonna start walking again. I'VE been getting a little slack in that department so It's time to step it up a bit. this too shall pass so they say and we'll all be on the loosing path again real soon. Happy New Year Patti! Hi there, I went for the whole month of december without losing any weight. I was stuck so on January 1st I dropped my carb intake to under 20 grams per day & now I'm losing again. Good Luck! Nicole 289/185/140 -104

Hi Nicole, I notice that the weeks I watch my carb intake are my bigger loss weeks. But how do you stay under 20 carbs per day?? Can you post a sample day's menu for me? Thanks, BJ

This is typical. Mostly Cheese & meat. I enjoy it though & I never feel deprived. I eat 6-8 mini meals almost like snacks every couple hours rather than larger meals. It works better for me. I also dont eat anything after 7pm. Instead I prepare my meals & menu for the next day. That way I'm not hanging out in the kitchen being tempted several times a day.
