weight loss moment

Hey June Bugs, Had a great weight loss moment today.....I weigh in at 168 pounds which is a total loss of 108 pounds in 6 1/2 months and as of now I'm no longer obese, just overweight. Wow.....to no longer have to be considered obese sounds great! Have a great day everyone! Terry
