:-S I'M LOSING MY FINGER NAILS!! :-S

My finger nails are breaking off ,and are hurting . Help!!! What can I do!!! My surgery was June 2, 2004, lost 96lbs I seen my brother first time in 5 months , he pick me up and jumped up and down ,and a bear hug ,I hurt for a week.

How much protein are you getting in on a daily basis? You may need to up your intake? -BJ

Are you taking your calcium?? I never had the greatest of nails either, so I just treat myself to acrylic ones. LeAnn

To be honest I'm pretty much having the oppiste problem. My nails are growing in beautifull now. I'm blaming it on the vitamins, calcium and new healthy eating. Try those vitamins that are made especially for hair and nails. (God knows we need it for our hair) P.S. Congrats on the great loss!
