6-month weigh-in

Yesterday was my 6-month anniversary so I moved my weigh-in day up so I could have an official 6-month weight. -75 pounds. Not too shabby for this middle-aged lady who could never lose and keep it off before. My 6-month check-up at the surgeon's is not until Jan 6. We will see how close his scales are to the ones I'm using at my workplace. I feel great. More energy everyday. I have been one of the lucky ones with no complications since leaving the hospital.
