Hello everyone today was my six month check up

I was down 61% of my extra body fat

If i must say so myself i'm looking pretty good

lol My doctor said i only need to lose 13 more pounds and i will be at my goal weight. Also he took me off of my acid medicine no more heart burn i can finally sleep at night

I am so happy that i could just

Isn't is wonderful not to have heartburn any more?! I took my self off my RX for my heartburn and I just love not having to take so much meds anymore.
