I have figured out something for those few times I seem to eat alittle too much and I feel like I am going to . I have not done so to often but....we all do it. Instead of lying down for 30 min or so, I get in the tub with warm water and soak. I usually lay on my tummy and rest there for about 15 min. By then it passes and I feel so much better. This is just one of the things I have tried and it really seems to help alot. Hope it helps for you. Karen RNY-6-30-04 288/202//145someday

I use the bath tub too to help with tummy aches and pains. My doctor suggested it to help with the muscle cramps that come with loosing so much weight and working out also.
