June 21st - 4 months

I have lost 77lbs in 3 1/2 months. Last couple of weeks I have not lost but 5 lbs. Is this normal.

You are doing great. I will be 4 months 06/23/2004 and I have only lost 42 lbs. I think you are doing great. Keep on striving. Tasha

Pat, I think you are doing great! I had my surgery same day! I have been at the great plateau for about two weeks now. I hurt my back so its been hard to move about.....so as soon as it heals I hope to start the weight loss again. Congrats to the 77 lbs gone forever. Debbie

Hey Pat, I had my surgery the same day as you and I have lost 71lbs. I have hit some really rotten plateaus, but once I was over them, the weight seemed to fall off. Keep doing what you are doing and all will be great. Congratulations. Heather

I had my surgery on the same day and I have lost a total of 53 pds. I think you are doing great with your weight lost. Good luck
