4 month anniversary

I had my surgery on June 8th and this morning, I was 53 pounds down!!! I was at a plateau of 44 pounds down for a month, that was getting old and boring.

I had my surgery on June 16, and I am down 69lbs!!!!!! I'm glad I finally got on the scale

I had my surgery June 21, and down 54 pounds,That was a wonderful feeling to see it finally move.

Congrats on your weight loss! I had my surgery on 6/2 and am down 65lbs. I think I am currently on a or hitting a plateau. I knew it was coming though. I haven't lost anything in a little over a week. I am still hopeful to get to -75lbs by 11/2. It is amazing to think I am half way there. Best Wishes! Carmen 293/229/175?

I also had surgery on June 21 I have lost a total amount of 51 pounds and now I think I'm at a stand still. Good luck kto you on your weight lost.
